Terms & Conditions

Course registration person and his/her children hereby give Ottawa Robotics Club, its assigns, licensees and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use their name/photograph/image/audio recording/video recording/ and likeness (“Their Image”) in all forms and manner including but not limited to publication on Internet Web Sites, broadcasts and any other publications as released to or by Ottawa Robotics Club. Course registration person and his/her children understand that Ottawa Robotics Club cannot control unauthorized use of Their Image by persons not associated with Ottawa Robotics Club once Their Image has been published. Course registration person and his/her children hereby forever waive any right to inspect or approve any publication of Their Image by Ottawa Robotics Club. Course registration person and his/her children have carefully reviewed and understand the above provisions and agree to be bound by them. Course registration person and his/her children voluntarily and irrevocably give their consent and agree to this Release and Waiver.

If the customer have registered any course / class / event / activity / Expo of Ottawa Robotics Club, it means the customer agrees with the above terms.
