About Us

Ottawa Robotics Club is the organizing committee of FIRST LEGO League Jr. Expo in Ottawa. The Club is responsible for organizing the annual FIRST LEGO League Jr. Expo in Ottawa and promoting the youth Robotics education in the community to inspire young people to learn science. Every year, the Club conducts various forms of Public Welfare Activities based on communities , and promote the concept of STEM through Robotics education. In every FIRST LEGO season, the club organizes Expos and help students to form their own teams to participate in Expo events, encourages children to share their research results and learning experiences.

At the same time, Ottawa Robotics Club cooperates with LEGO Education, keeps a good relationship with European and Asian Robotics Institutions. The club develops and introduces various Robotics related courses in Science, Engineering, Mechanics, Programming, Artificial Intelligence and so on. These courses will let students to explore core STEM concepts and link them to real-life phenomenon. We hope more and more children could access cutting-edge Robotics knowledge and practice it by hand. We are helping them develop essential communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking-skills in a fun and exciting way.
